Learning from our friends and partners is essential during unprecedented times. Thanks to Fear Factory, Utah and their extensive work to pave the way to safe scaring, we are pleased to follow their 30+ page health department developed safety plan.
IAAPA (International Association of Amusement Parks & Attractions) has also developed a comprehensive guide to Reopening Considerations for the Attraction Industry which we have implemented best practices in our redesigned haunt for your safety.
This includes timed tickets for distancing, hand sanitizing stations, extra cleaning, tempuratures of staff and more!
New contactless reservations allow you to reserve a time and buy tickets for your group anytime 24/7 online. This virtually eliminates any waiting lines and maintains social distancing by limiting the number of people in the haunt at any time. It also means not having to be stuck with strangers because when you reserve your queue line time you are reserving for everyone in your party.
Advanced timed check-ins also allow you to wait in the comfort of your vehicle by receiving notifications when its your time to check in. No waiting in rain or cold, no close talkers breathing down your neck. Just an easy reminder when its your turn.
We've eliminated most touch points and as many curtains and dividers as possible to still keep the mystery alive. Complementary gloves (while supplies last) are available before you enter the House or you may wear your own.
Rest assured our staff is sanitizing between groups regularly. You will find hand sanitizer available throughout the venue plus restrooms available for hand washing.
With the magic of automation we have removed many of the actors and utilized fun and classic jump scares to cut down on face to face contact. Some spirits may roam for your safety.
